Heather Nordby-Williams, MS, FAAA
Clinical Audiologist
Heather Nordby-Williams is the President/Audiologist for NORDSTAR Audiology II. She has been a practicing audiologist in the state of Ohio for over nineteen years and the President of NORDSTAR Audiology since 2007. Heather received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Connecticut in 1992 and a Master of Science degree in Audiology from Southern Connecticut State University in 1995. She earned her license after passing a board examination and is currently certified through the American Academy of Audiology. Heather’s scope of practice encompasses the non-medical management of the auditory and balance system which entails the evaluation and rehabilitation of hearing loss, balance disorders and tinnitus for children and adults. She enjoys helping patients one-on-one and is dedicated to providing quality hearing healthcare.
Heather was born and raised in Connecticut and has resided in Ohio with her husband since 1995. They have two children and together enjoy camping, four wheeling, boating and are die-hard Columbus Blue Jackets fans. In her limited free time, Heather is an avid runner and participates in charity races throughout the year.
Bonnie Saville
Office Manager
Bonnie joined NORDSTAR in March 2015. She has worked in the customer service field for many years. Bonnie and her husband have been married for 37yrs and live in Lancaster with their 3 dogs and 2 cats. They have 4 sons, 3 daughter in laws, 11 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with their family and friends.
